Where do you ship to?
Fine Art Giclee Canvas Prints
I currently ship fine art giclee canvas prints to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you’re located in another country, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Within Australia: 7–10 business days after your artwork is completed.
- United States/United Kingdom: 10–15 business days after completion.
- You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
What if my artwork is damaged during shipping?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging.
I’ll work with you to replace or repair the piece at no additional cost.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the custom nature of the artwork, refunds and returns are generally not available. However, I’m committed to your satisfaction—if there’s an issue, reach out, and I’ll do my best to resolve it.

How do I place an order?
Choose your preferred artwork style (canvas print or mixed media on canvas), select the size, and complete your order on my website. Once confirmed, I’ll contact you to gather your pet’s photos and finalise the details.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order before the artwork process begins. Contact me as soon as possible if you need to adjust the size, style, or any other detail.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available on my website.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is confirmed, I’ll keep you updated at every stage of the process. You’ll receive an email when the artwork begins, and I’ll notify you once it’s shipped with tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled if the artwork process hasn’t started yet. Contact me immediately if you need to cancel.

How do I choose the right size for my artwork?
Consider the space where your portrait will be displayed. My website includes a detailed size guide to help you select the perfect fit for your home.
Can I include more than one pet in a single portrait?
No, unfortunately I can only create single portraits at this time.
What materials do you use?
Giclée Canvas Prints: Printed on museum-grade, archival-quality, 400gsm cotton canvas for lasting vibrancy and fade resistance.
Mixed Media Portraits: Printed on the same premium canvas with a creative blend of traditional and digital artistry. Both options are framed with sustainable, durable materials.
Will I get to approve the artwork before it’s finished?
Yes! For all portraits, you’ll receive a proof for review, allowing you to provide feedback and ensure the final piece meets your expectations.
Can I gift a pet portrait?
Absolutely! Pet portraits make meaningful and heartfelt gifts. I can ship directly to the recipient, beautifully packaged and free of branding.
How should I care for my artwork?
Canvas Prints: Keep out of direct sunlight and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Mixed Media Portraits: Avoid moisture and dust lightly with a clean, dry cloth to maintain its pristine appearance.
