I currently ship fine art giclée canvas prints to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you're based elsewhere, feel free to get in touch - I'm always happy to explore options and do my best to accommodate your location.

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Within Australia: 7–10 business days after your artwork is completed.
• United States/United Kingdom: 10–15 business days after completion.
• You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch right away and include clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging. I’ll arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost — your satisfaction and peace of mind are my priority.

Your satisfaction means everything to me. I don't ask for payment unless you are 100% satisfied before final approval and shipping. Once the artwork is approved and shipped, refunds are generally not available due to the custom nature of each piece.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can arrange a replacement. I’m committed to making sure you love what you receive.

Absolutely - I understand that you may want to change the frame, size, or other details along the way. Nothing goes to print without your full approval. You're welcome to make changes to your order at any time before the artwork is finalised for printing and shipping. Just let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll be happy to adjust it for you.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available on my website.

Once your order is confirmed, I’ll keep you informed every step of the way. You’ll receive an email when your portrait begins, and I’ll request your final approval before it goes to print. As soon as it ships, I’ll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey to your home.

Due to the time-intensive, one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, cancellations are only possible before the artwork process has begun.

I typically start once we’ve gathered your pet’s photos and discussed your preferred style and framing — and I’ll always let you know before I begin. If you need to cancel, please reach out as early as possible.

I offer two styles to suit your preferences:

1. Framed Fine Art Giclée Canvas Prints – These are fine-art quality portraits printed on archival-grade, 400gsm cotton canvas with a museum grade finish. I love these because it allows us to apply different styles to the artwork and apply the latest techniques to make it uniquely stand out.
2. Acrylic on Canvas Portraits on Canvas – These unique portraits created using traditional and tools. These pieces are carefully painted on stretched canvas within a floating timber frame and arrive ready to hang. These are your classic, hand-painted portraits — each one carefully and lovingly painted over several days to honour your beloved companion with depth and detail.

The sizes of each artwork are listed on the website and you can measure it out. Generally the larger the space, the larger the artwork needed to fill the space.

Yes! This website only features single portraits - however please contact me if you have special requests. Happy to provide custom sizes and special requests.

Yes! For all portraits, you’ll receive a mockup proof for review in your selected size and frame, allowing you to provide feedback and ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

Absolutely! Pet portraits make meaningful and heartfelt gifts. I can ship directly to the recipient, beautifully packaged and free of branding. Alternatively please contact me if you would like to arrange for a gift card.

Keep out of direct sunlight and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. With proper care they will last a lifetime.

Absolutely not - every portrait is created entirely by hand. I sketch, paint, and refine each piece myself to capture the true character and emotion of your pet. It’s a deeply personal and detailed process from start to finish.
